To deliver on our strategy of developing meaningful and authentic relationships with our potential, current and past guests, we are seeking a Newsletter Specialist with responsibility for our newsletters (in close co-operations with regional markets, Marketing Team and our CRM Programme Manager).

First year as Newsletter Specialist you will
You will be part of our Global CRM and Loyalty Team, and your main deliveries in the first 18 months will be:

  • Co-ordinate and set-up of newsletter campaigns
  • Develop global newsletter templates/campaigns
  • Report newsletter performance
  • Coordinate and/or execute CRM content productions
  • Training and support of requests from markets

Desired skills and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Some experience in e-mail marketing from FMCG or travel industry is desirable
  • Working experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is desirable
  • Experience copywriting, translating, proofing and/editing of copy is desirable
  • HTML and experience using Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Any other language is desirable (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or French)
  • Having a growth mindset, with a can-do attitude
