Your objective will be to lead our in-house agency team and social media specialists. You will take ownership of the entire process of forming, refining and implementing the content marketing and future channel strategy for Hurtigruten. Amazing stories and lifechanging experiences are shared onboard our ships every day. Storytelling is a key component to build Hurtigruten as a globally inspiring brand.

The first year you will

  • Join and lead our in-house agency team and social media specialists
  • Take ownership of the entire process of forming, refining and implementing the content marketing and future channel strategy for Hurtigruten
  • Set the ambition, direction and be responsible for design, structure and management of Hurtigruten's content studio
  • Lead the core strategic center for our global content marketing ambitions
  • You will work across the organization to capture stories and understand what it takes to make these stories drive fame and awareness


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree within media, marketing or communication
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within digital marketing and creative agency/production house – ideally, at an international scale
  • Commercial understanding and the ability to capitalize on storytelling, PR effects and customer reviews
  • Analytical mindset, understanding of Facebook Business and Google Analytics would be advantageous


Language
Fluent in oral and written English. Other language skills would be considered a plus.
