To support our digital growth ambitions, your objective will be to help create data-driven marketing solutions and be the leader in insights that our marketing team can rely upon.

Your responsibilities will be to lead and provide actionable analysis and insightful reporting to senior management and the wider organisation. You will be expected to support a wide range of functions including E-commerce, CRM, global marketing and local marketing.

During the first year as a Senior Analyst you will

  • Join a high-performing team of passionate marketeers, E-Commerce specialists and technologists delivering solutions for Hurtigruten
  • Build reports, analyse and advise on all marketing channels globally and locally
  • Build investment analyses and advise on investment levels per channel and across markets globally
  • Fully familiarise yourself with all relevant data sources, scope a roadmap for improvements and commence implementation
  • Create a strong report with external and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the definition of the global media and marketing strategy and reporting
  • Use your skills to help your chapter members with their development, both hard and soft skills


Qualifications
Ideally, you will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Extensive experience in website analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Power BI
  • The ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues
